Why is anyone so surprised the Obamacare purposely was based on lies? That's what liberalism is based on, deception and lies. Obama not only lied about that, he lies about everything: His and Hillary's take on Benghazi was all lies, "I have Israel's back" was a total lie, "iran will never get nuclear weapons" is a total lie, he lied when he said heard about IRS, Va, Ap scandals etc when we did. the list goes on and on. It is because saul Alinsky taught him and liberals it is perfectly fine to lie to advance your ideas because everyone else is stupid. You know whom another huge Alinsky student is? Hillary Clinton. if you are dumb enough to support her, don't complain 4 years from now when things are even worse.

The viral video of the week, at least among policy wonks, shows one of Obamacare's key architects saying that the health care law passed only because the administration deceived the public. MIT professor Jonathan Gruber spoke candidly — and proudly — because he thought he was speaking only to a small audience of fellow academics. Unfortunately for Gruber, he was being filmed, and the video has now found a much larger, less sympathetic audience..

He cannot shrug his comments off as a momentary mistake. Two more videos have now surfaced with the same message.


Gruber speaks as an insider, someone who met directly with the president about the health care law and was deeply involved in crafting its provisions. He speaks with considerable authority when he says Obamacare passed only because of deliberate deception. He notes that some of the law's complex wording was added only because the American public would be "too stupid" to figure it out (his words).

Well the public is listening now and is not too dimwitted to grasp the message. That's bad news for the Obama administration and worse news for a health care law already in deep trouble.

Gruber's admission should be old news since we already knew the president sold the program in misleading ways. So what's new here?
Until Gruber's videos appeared, it was hard to prove the administration actually intended to deceive voters when it rammed through the legislation on straight party-line votes. Perhaps the president was simply making statements he believed to be true but later turned out to be false. That's not lying. That's an honest mistake.

The Gruber videos are devastating because they say flatly that the deception was premeditated and was used self-consciously to pass the law. The professor goes further and says the law would have been defeated if its central provisions had been known to voters.

Assuming Gruber's message is true, it means the Obama administration deliberately evaded our democratic process to pass its signature legislation. Its justification, which Gruber makes explicit, is not only that "we know what's best for you," but also that "you are too dense to know that yourself."

This arrogant, condescending approach extends far beyond Obamacare. It is an essential feature of progressive politics for the past century. From the outset, progressive politics yoked expert advice to expansive state action, especially redistributive policies to help the poor.

It says, "We are experts who want to help you, the great unwashed. You are too stupid and uneducated to know how to know what's best for you. Since we do know, and since we have your best interests at heart, we will handle those complex choices for you."

It's an intellectual's version of noblesse oblige.

Hard to accept your ideas are a total failure

It must be tough on liberals to see that their ideas have been a total failure once tried and the American people stood up Tuesday with a loud voice and said "stop Obama." What a repudiation of Democrats and Obama. Here are some of the reasons why : first domestic and then terrorism
1. EMPLOYMENT: Because of Obama’s policies since he became President,: 11,472,000 Americans have left the work force. “Fewer Americans are at work today than in April 2000, even though the population since then has grown by 31 million.” –: Mortimer Zuckerman
2. INCRESED DEPENDENCY on Handouts: POVERTY The number of Americans on welfare has hit record highs. A record: 20% of Americans were on food stamps: in 2013. The almost 11 million Americans: getting disability payments: is now approaching the population of Cuba
3. Our nation lost its AAA credit rating because Obama is spending so much money.
4. Not only was Cash for Clunkers a wasteful government program that: “cost $1.4 million for every job it created and did little to reduce carbon emissions,”destroying the “clunkers” helped dramatically jack up the cost of used cars for the rest of the country.
5. Obama has helped drive up the cost of gas by blocking the Keystone Pipeline.
6. When he was running for office in 2008, Obama claimed that,: “Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.”: He lied.
7.Through 2013, the Obama Administration had imposed: new regulations on businesses that cost 46 billion dollars a year.
8. RECORD DEBT: When he was running for office, Obama called Bush “unpatriotic” for adding so much to the debt and promised to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term. Yet, the national debt is up: 7 trillion dollars: since Obama became President. That’s more debt than all U.S. Presidents from George Washington through Bill Clinton combined.
9. SCANDAL: Obama’s administration gave guns to Mexican cartels that were used to murder hundreds of Mexicans and border agent Brian Terry. The Obama Administration has refused to cooperate with the investigation or hold anyone accountable for that illegal behavior.
10. Chrony Handouts: Obama’s campaign contributors at Solyndra were handed 535 million dollars of taxpayer money that the Obama Administration knew they would never be able to pay back before they gave it to them.
11 SCANDAL When the EPA and IRS were asked to provide emails requested by Congress as part of an investigation into their illegal activities, they’ve claimed over and over again to have lost the information because of “hard drive crashes.” Given that it’s quite easy to back up a hard drive and that they’re required by law to retain that information, it seems likely that they’re habitually destroying evidence to hide their illegal activities. The IRS targeted Obama’s political enemies including Christian groups, pro-Israel groups, and most prominently, Tea Party groups. The Obama Administration has refused to cooperate with the investigation or hold anyone accountable for the illegal behavior. Numerous donors to Mitt Romney were audited by the IRS after giving him large contributions.
12. SCANDAL: Veterans received poor health care and even died because of the incompetence and cover-ups of Obama’s VA.
13. OBAMACARE: Even Barney Frank admits Barack Obama: shamelessly lied to the American people to get Obamacare passed: — and lie, he did. He promised that Americans could keep their insurance plans, that they could keep their doctors, and that Obamacare would save the average family $2500 per year. Not only were all of those lies, Obama knew they were lies when he made those promises. Barack Obama has broken the law repeatedly: by making at least 23 unilateral changes to Obamacare.Obama has been illegally trying to force Christians to pay for abortifacients via Obamacare. Obamacare has been a disaster that cost millions their insurance and sent health care costs spiraling into the stratosphere. Obama is taking 700 billion dollars out of Medicare to put into Obamacare. The website portion of Obamacare, healthcare.gov, was a non-functional disaster for months when it rolled out and Obama claimed he was completely unaware that there was anything wrong with it.
14. INCREASED RACIAL TENSION: Instead of calming people down, Obama helped to turn Americans against each other racially be inserting himself into the Trayvon Martin case. Obama created so much racial animosity by attacking the police when they had done nothing wrong in the Henry Louis Gates case that he had to have a ridiculous “beer summit” to try to undo the damage. The Department of Justice failed to pursue a voter intimidation case against members of the New Black Panthers because they were black and liberal. Former DOJ official: J. Christian Adams quit over the case: and: “accused his former employer of instructing attorneys in the civil rights division to ignore cases that involve black defendants and white victims.”
15. George W. Bush quit playing golf in 2003 because he didn’t want the mother of some fallen soldier to see the Commander-in-Chief out playing golf. He also said he thought playing golf during a war sent the wrong signal to the American people. Through June of 2014, Obama was up to 200 rounds and is on pace to play twice as much in his second term as his first term.
16. Obama chose tax cheat Tim Geithner to be his Secretary of the Treasury and then has had the audacity to spend his whole presidency pushing for higher taxes.
17. After promising to unite America when he was running for office in 2008, Obama has been the most hyper-partisan President in decades.
18. The Department of Justice has worked overtime to help increase voter fraud by fighting against voter ID. This is despite the fact that you need ID to buy alcohol, drive a car, fly on a plane or even to use Obamacare.
19. He’s responsible for the dumbing down of our education system with Common Core.

The fence on our southern border was supposed to be completed by 2009. The Obama Administration has made it clear that it doesn’t intend to finish it during his presidency. Barack Obama is deliberately creating a crisis on the southern border by refusing to deport illegal aliens crossing into our country.For all practical purposes, Barack Obama has already unilaterally implemented amnesty in America because “at least: 99.92% of illegal immigrants and visa overstays: without known crimes on their records”: aren’t being deported.

The Democrats love to say that vote fraud is rare to non-existent.

That is false. It must just be the luck of the draw that Democrats win about 85% of the closest House, Senate and Governors races. Races that were almost certainly stolen  include Tim Johnson's Senate win in 2002, Christine Gregoire's win in the 2004 Governors race in Washington, and Al Franken's "victory" in the Senate race in 2008. The votes of non-citizens (2-6% of whom vote), usually about  80% for Democrats, according to a study by professors at Old Dominion University,  likely made the difference in a few of these.

As a rule, Democrats argue that they just want to make it easier for people to vote, and that Republican concerns about vote fraud are really designed to restrict minority access to the polls. Funny, but in states where some changes in voter identification were added, minority participation rose. The percentage of whites and blacks without voter ID  is about the same. In other words, this is just one more superstition without evidence, I guess, to add to the list for liberals.  There is no question that charging Republicans with trying to restrict the votes of blacks, plays well as a get out the vote mechanism for African Americans. Throw in Trayvon and Ferguson, and you might think we were back in Jim Crow days.

An analysis of federal campaign contributions finds that key figures at six of America's most prominent Islamist organizations have favored Democrats over Republicans by a ratio of 12 to 1 since the 9/11 terrorist attacks. This trend began with multiple donations to Cynthia McKinney dated September 11, 2001, reversing a previous pattern that had seen Islamist officials spend slightly more on Republicans. Their preference for Democrats has solidified during the past 13 years and shows no signs of waning. What does this say about the politicians who benefit from Islamist largesse?
Islamist Watch, a project of the Middle East Forum, recently launched Islamist Money in Politics (IMIP), to monitor Islamists' influence in the halls of power, inform the public about which politicians accept their tainted money, and hold accountable those who do. IMIP's inaugural data release focuses on the national organizations of six Islamist entities — the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), Islamic Circle of North America (ICNA), Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), Muslim Alliance in North America (MANA), Muslim American Society (MAS), and Muslim Public Affairs Council (MPAC) — as well as CAIR's many local chapters.
Names of important personnel, both current and former, were mined from the groups' Internal Revenue Service filings and/or website listings, some going back more than a decade. The Federal Election Commission's online database, which spans the late 1990s to the present, was then searched for donations to candidates, joint fundraising committees, relevant political action committees, and parties. IMIP employed biographical information to select only those contributions that could reasonably be attributed to the individuals of interest, rejecting ones likely to have been made by unrelated persons who share their names. See IMIP's description of methodology for details and a discussion of the challenges.
As of now, the IMIP database tabulates nearly $700,000 in donations. Surely many more people and contributions remain to be added, but the data already constitute a large and representative sample that is sufficient for an initial pass at quantifying Islamists' political affinities.
First, who contributes? Major donors tend to be board members rather than staffers. While many of the biggest contributors maintain relatively low public profiles, several are quite familiar. With outlays totaling $56,800, the most generous funder of politicians in IMIP's database is Kenny Gamble, who goes by Luqman Abdul Haqq in his position on MANA's governing body. An Islamist-aligned music and real estate mogul, Gamble is tied to the "Islamic paramilitary boys group" known as the Jawala Scouts and has been accused of working to build a self-contained "black Muslim enclave" in South Philadelphia. Also among the top 20 donors are CAIR executive director Nihad Awad, who has contributed under numerous variants of his name; former MAS president and current CAIR national board member Esam Omeish, who resigned from a Virginia immigration panel in 2007 after a video emerged of his speech touting the Palestinians' embrace of "the jihad way" against Israel; and Zead Ramadan, the CAIR-New York board member who unsuccessfully ran for New York City Council in 2013.
With regard to recipients, the Democratic Party dominates. Leading the all-time list by vacuuming up close to one in every five dollars is Keith Ellison, the Islamist-leaning Muslim congressman from Minnesota who has a long history of collaborating with Islamist groups. Barack Obama, whose policies have been popular with Islamists, comes in second when direct contributions are combined with those sent to joint fundraising committees associated with his 2008 and 2012 presidential campaigns. Third is Cynthia McKinney, the far-left former congresswoman from Georgia who peddled conspiracy theories and harsh critiques of U.S. foreign policy in the wake of 9/11; that she ranks so high despite the fact that most donations to her were collected during a one-year, post-9/11 window testifies to Islamists' endorsement of her adversarial stance at the outset of America's military response to Islamic terrorism. Fourth is Indiana's André Carson, the second Muslim congressman to be elected; he told attendees at the 2012 ICNA–MAS convention that educators should model American schools after Islamic madrassas. The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee rounds out the top five.
However, Democrats did not always prevail in the battle for Islamist cash. According to IMIP's current data, Republicans actually received about 15 percent more Islamist-related contributions than Democrats did over the several years prior to 9/11. The Islamists' favorite Republican of that period was Californian Tom Campbell, who contested a Senate seat in 2000. Campbell's warm relationships with radical Muslims, such as terror operative Sami al-Arian, are thoroughly documented. Further, although IMIP features only a handful of entries from the 2000 presidential race, there is more money for George W. Bush than for Al Gore. This is not a surprise because Bush won the backing of the American Muslim Political Coordination Committee, an Islamist-heavy coalition.
But 9/11 and the subsequent Republican-led war on terror changed everything, even the destination of Islamist money. IMIP detects the first hints of a sharp left turn in the form of donations to Cynthia McKinney from three Islamist figures, including Nihad Awad, on September 11, 2001 — undoubtedly before the Bush administration had a chance to do much to upset the self-proclaimed guardians of the Muslim community in the post-9/11 era. IMIP records no other contribution to any recipient within two weeks in either direction, making the date seem less coincidental. Many more donations would be routed to McKinney from Islamists' wallets in the months to come. Over the 365 days that followed the 9/11 attacks, IMIP measures an 8-to-1 ratio of contributions in the Democrats' favor. A majority of them flowed to McKinney.
This pro-Democratic tilt has continued to the present. Based on contributions now cataloged by IMIP, Democrats outraised Republicans by a factor of 4.8 from 2003 to 2006, 29.7 from 2007 to 2010, and 17.5 from 2011 to 2014. The two most recent blocks reflect the impact of Islamist enthusiasm for Obama's White House runs. As for the last three Republican presidential nominees, IMIP has located no contributions to Bush's 2004 campaign, none to John McCain's in 2008, and just one to Mitt Romney for $1,000 ahead of the 2012 primaries. Overall, the people in IMIP's sample have donated 12 times as much to Democrats since September 11, 2001.
Islamist-affiliated individuals presumably support Democrats for the same reason that other subsets of Americans throw their weight behind certain politicians and parties: they expect Democrats to support them, at least at the level of providing the best political landscape in which to pursue their objectives. But as Daniel Pipes points out, we are not dealing here with professionals attempting to "tweak the tax code" to their advantage or even a minority population striving to secure equal rights. Islamists intend to alter the fabric of the liberal democratic system, a goal characterized by the Muslim Brotherhood, in a memorandum outlining its North American strategy, as "a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within," culminating in Islamic rule.
Each of the six groups analyzed by IMIP is connected to the Brotherhood or its dream of institutionalizing Shari'a. ICNA, ISNA, and the Islamic Association for Palestine, CAIR's immediate predecessor, appear on the Brotherhood's 1991 "list of our organizations and the organizations of our friends." Both CAIR and ISNA were designated as unindicted co-conspirators in the trial of the Holy Land Foundation, a charity convicted of bankrolling Hamas, the Brotherhood's Palestinian wing. Prosecutors classified CAIR among the "individuals/entities who are and/or were members of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood's Palestine Committee and/or its organizations"; they named ISNA as one of the "individuals/entities who are and/or were members of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood." Furthermore, according to a brief filed by the government in a separate case, "MAS was founded as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in America." Two Muslim Brothers also formed MPAC. Finally, MANA is helmed by radical cleric Siraj Wahhaj, who has spoken of replacing the Constitution with Islamic law.
Because the various board members and staffers researched by IMIP have participated in defining and executing the ideological agendas of the above groups, their campaign contributions are a matter of concern. This is not to suggest that the dollar amounts uncovered thus far — quite small by American standards — are tipping any elections. But even in modest quantities, money can purchase political access and open the doors of influence. When it comes to the agents of radical Islam, these doors must be barred shut.
No remotely mainstream politician would knowingly accept, let alone get away with accepting, contributions from a leader of a white supremacist organization. Why should it be any different for a leader of an Islamic supremacist organization? Those who represent the American people or seek to do so, especially in federal offices that oversee counterterrorism and foreign affairs, need to begin saying no to funds from these problematic sources. Islamist Money in Politics is a first step in nudging candidates and parties toward the right decision — and, where that fails, empowering voters to make informed choices of their own about politicians who wittingly or unwittingly legitimize, enable, or embolden America's enemies.
